1. Acceptance of Terms

Vyasah Enterprises offers website development services, including but not limited to design, coding, and maintenance. All services are subject to these terms.

3. Payment:

Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided by Vyasah Enterprises. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the project proposal.

4. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the website developed by Vyasah Enterprises will belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

5. Content and Materials:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely content and materials required for the project. Vyasah Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by late or inadequate content/material submission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary business information and project details.

7. Modifications and Revisions

Limited revisions are included in the project scope. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges. Major modifications outside the original scope will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material term or condition and does not remedy the breach within 30 days of notice.

9. Liability

Vyasah Enterprises is not liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising out of the use or inability to use the website. The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the website content.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

11. Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. No modification or waiver of any term shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
